“5 out of 5 stars!!! Seriously, thank you for offering this. I know it’s a lot of preparation and I appreciate all you’ve done. . . I would definitely consider again in the future!”

“I think we all felt a lot less alone on our journey and in the process, the beauty of female vulnerability reveals itself, which in and of itself helps heal vaginismus. Thank you!”

“Having this support group of amazing women gave me so much encouragement. It provided affirmation that I wasn't the only person struggling with vaginismus, and it allowed space to receive encouragement, practical advice, and mutual support. It felt safe, loving, and kind, and I am so grateful for the community. ” “Having this support group of amazing women gave me so much encouragement. “I had never done anything like this before as far as meeting with a support group, let alone for vaginismus. It was amazing meeting other real women whose stories were so similar to mine. Being able to give advice to those just started felt amazing, but also receiving encouragement and meeting others in the same spot I am in with trying to conceive was so refreshing. Didn’t feel so alone. I looked forward to meeting with our group each week - loved our group. And Natalie was amazing keeping the conversation and encouragement going. She knew what to say when and gave us the time we needed. I thoroughly enjoyed this.” “I had never done anything like this before as far as meeting with a support group, let alone for vaginismus.... “I had never done anything like this before as far as meeting with a support group, let alone for vaginismus. “This was my first time seeking help from a group setting in anything. I didn’t know what to expect. But I really feel like the small group helped. It was so comforting seeing other women who are walking through what I am walking through. . . I think you get out of the group what you put in. I took it seriously and decided this was going to be a big change for me. . . so I feel like it encompassed it all.” “This was my first time seeking help from a group setting in anything. “Natalie facilitated our group so smoothly. We were comfortable asking questions and responding to difficult topics because of her warmth and support. I got more out of this (meeting women with vaginismus) more than the past 9 months doing dilator training with a pelvic floor physical therapist. Sure, I made progress in my body during that time, but this group allowed me to make the emotional progress that had been holding me back from true recovery. I encourage anyone interested to sign up!” “Natalie facilitated our group so smoothly.
