Are there any drugs, vitamins, or surgical procedures available to cure vaginismus?

There are no drugs, vitamins, or surgical procedures that cure vaginismus.

Vitamins & Drugs

Online pseudo-pharmacies falsely promoting vitamins or drugs as cures for vaginismus are typically taking advantage of people. Vitamins will not have any effect whatsoever on vaginismus as involuntary pelvic floor reactions require straight-forward retraining processes to overcome.

In some cases, doctors have prescribed pain medications (oral or topical) to women with vaginismus as part of treatment. These medications may help with pain management, but they will not normally cure vaginismus unless combined with a treatment program that fully addresses the root of the problem.

Surgeries

In rare cases, some women may have an unusually thick hymen and may need to have a hymenectomy (a minor surgical procedure to remove the hymen) but there is no surgery to cure vaginismus.

Alternative & Experimental Treatments

There is some research, although scarce, into the use of Botox® as a treatment for vaginismus. This procedure often requires the use of dilators for a period of time.
