Thanks so much. We are exciting about adding this new aspect to our practice. I see so many women with this problem, that get referred from their GYN ... I am a Family Nurse Practitioner working in a urology practice. I currently practice mainly in women's urology and have starting specializing even more in pelvic floor dysfunction. About 3 years ago, I started a pelvic floor program working with patients, and we are in the process of beginning treating more patients with vaginismus.
