. . I am so thrilled that I found this web site and that I ordered your products. I read through the materials, faithfully completed my exercises and proceeded with the trainers. I must say that the first attempt with a q-tip was painful for me. But I did not lose hope and on the second attempt … success!! I cried with joy!! As I continue with the program everything seems to be going great. My husband is happy to see me happy and overcoming my fears.
