This was an amazing discovery. I had been to several doctors and given all kinds of excuses for what was wrong with me. Most of the time I was simply told to try lubricant or a different position. No one could tell my why I was the way I was. I had been fine until about 8 years into my marriage. Then the pain started and escalated until sex was non-existent in our relationship. It was really taking a toll.
Eventually we divorced, partly due to this problem. Eventually, I made it to the end of the book and had done the exercises as described. Now, finally I have a relationship that is healthy, happy, and PAIN FREE!!! It was worth every cent and every moment to discover the truth and find happiness again. I would suggest this to anyone who has had even the slightest problem with intercourse. Find the answers before it gets so bad you give up ever being happy. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Again, thank you!!!
