I just received a full kit from Vaginismus.com to replace the damaged dilator set that had arrived in a crushed and half-opened package. This one was in perfect shape and the contents are terrific. I am incredibly appreciative of your very generous resolution to the issue of receiving damaged merchandise even though the fault was not yours. I have attached a few photos of the previous package in case they are helpful as evidence when you approach UPS with this concern ... Thank you very much - I'm grateful that your company exists to help women with an awfully difficult health problem. I also wish to personally thank the gentleman I spoke to on the phone last week whose kindness and concern were wonderfully helpful and trust-inspiring.
